- Champagne - 300 Milliliters

How to make Peach Puree Cocktail
Prepare the indicated ingredients. For 1 serving of the cocktail, you will need 1 peach and 150 ml. champagne, ice cube, 1 tsp. granulated sugar. Chill the champagne in the refrigerator beforehand. Rinse and peel the peaches, cut the flesh into small pieces in a saucer or immediately into the blender bowl. It is best to use a jug blender to create cocktails. Put the pulp in a bowl along with ice, add granulated sugar. Flower honey can be used if desired, if the aroma is not too bright and tart. Pour in about 50 ml. champagne and puree the entire contents of the bowl. Do not add the entire volume of champagne right away, otherwise peach pieces will float in your drink. After the puree is done, pour in the rest of the alcohol. Whisk the cocktail for 1-2 minutes on a pulsating mode. Decorate serving glasses with peach slices,pour the prepared drink into them and serve immediately.
