- Pork - 500 Grams (pulp)
- Onions - 2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Pearl barley - 100 Grams
- Sunflower oil - 30 Milliliters
- Tomato paste - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Cabbage - 1 Kilogram
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon

How to cook "Cabbage rolls with minced meat and barley"
Prepare the ingredients for making stuffed cabbage rolls. Cut a head of cabbage at the base and place in a saucepan with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove the leaves. Cut off the thickening of the leaves. Prepare minced meat for cabbage rolls. Pass the pork pulp and one onion through a meat grinder. Wash the pearl barley, put in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook the cereals until tender. Then cool and add to the minced meat. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste. Put a serving of minced meat in each leaf of cabbage.
