How to cook "Watermelon Compote for the Winter"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Rinse the watermelon in water, cut the required piece. From this piece, cut the pulp and cut it into medium pieces, removing all seeds: black and white. Place the pulp in the saucepan in which you are going to cook the compote. Add lemon slices and granulated sugar there. Pour in filtered water and place the container on the stove. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to minimum and boil the compote for about 8-10 minutes from the moment it boils. Remove lemon slices and taste. Correct if necessary. Sterilize the jar and lid in any convenient way, pour the watermelon compote with pulp into it.
