I continue to come up with a variety of simple and affordable vegetable salad recipes that are so popular in my family, especially in the summer heat. I am sharing one of them!
For me, the greatest discovery was that soy sauce can be added to the simplest vegetable salad, and thereby diversify the taste of the salad, make it much brighter, richer. Soy sauce favorably emphasizes the taste of each vegetable in the salad, and there are a lot of them here. Main ingredient: Vegetables / Carrots / Cucumber / Tomato
Diet: Lenten meals / Vegetarian food
- Tomatoes - 1-2 Pieces
- Cucumbers - 1/2 Piece
- Onions - 1-2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Sweet pepper - 1 Piece
- Parsley - 1/3 Bunch
- Salt - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
How to cook "Tomato, Cucumber and Carrot Salad"
Rinse all vegetables. Peel the onions, bell peppers and carrots. Cut the tomato into small pieces. Cut the cucumber into semicircles no more than 5 mm thick. By the way, I advise you to taste the skin of each cucumber before cutting, because it can be bitter. Cut the bell peppers into small cubes, but larger ones can be used. Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots in a Korean style and send them to the salad. Mix all prepared ingredients, finely chop herbs and add to vegetables.
