- Cucumbers - 500 Grams
- Garlic - 3 Cloves
- Hot chili pepper - 0.5-1 Pieces
- Rice vinegar - 1.5 Tbsp spoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Soy sauce - 1.5 Tbsp. spoons
- Sugar - 0.5 Art. spoons
- Salt - 2-3 pinches

How to cook "Broken Chinese Cucumbers"
Prepare your ingredients. Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and chop it. Remove seeds from chili peppers and chop as well. Pour vinegar over sugar and stir until dissolved. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan, fry for 2 minutes so that the sesame does not burn, otherwise it will taste bitter. Lightly "beat" the cucumbers, for example with a rolling pin, so that they crack. Cut the cucumbers into about 2 cm pieces. Put in a colander, salt, leave for 10 minutes, then shake to drain the resulting juice.
