How to make Blueberry Smoothie
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Rinse blueberries thoroughly in water, remove damaged ones and pour them into a blender bowl or jug blender. Add floral honey. Pour in drinking yoghurt without additives. If desired, you can replace it with sweet yogurt, kefir of any fat content or fermented baked milk. Chop the berries and mix them with yogurt for 2-3 minutes on the pulsating technique. The honey should completely dissolve in the drink. Pour the blueberry smoothie into glasses or cups and serve immediately. Smoothies are drunk within 5 minutes after preparation, otherwise the drink may stratify. Don't forget to top up the drink with wide-bore tubes, especially if you're giving it to kids.
