How to cook "Pickled Peppers with Carrots"
Prepare all ingredients. Cut the carrots into strips, onion and pepper into half rings. Crush the garlic. Boil water in a saucepan, add peppercorns, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar. Boil the mixture for a couple of minutes. Fill the jars tightly with vegetables, fill with marinade and close the lid. Flip the jar upside down and let sit for 8-12 hours.
