Crumble is a casserole pie made from juicy berry or fruit filling and crumbly crumbs. I suggest taking rhubarb as a filling. It is a seasonal product with a characteristic sweet and sour taste.

- Flour - 1 Glass
- Vegetable Spread - 1/2 Cup
- Sugar - 1 Cup (1/2 cup - for crumbs, 1/2 cup - for filling)
- Lemon zest - 1 Teaspoon
- Rhubarb - 700-800 Grams
- Corn starch - 1 Art. the spoon
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
How to make Rhubarb Crumble
Prepare all ingredients. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. In a bowl, combine the vegetable spread, flour, sugar, and lemon zest. Rub into crumbs with your hands. Rinse rhubarb, chop and mix with sugar, starch, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Transfer the rhubarb to a baking dish and sprinkle with crumbs on top. Bake the crumble for 40 minutes, until the crust is golden brown. Then remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Rhubarb crumble ready, bon appetit!
