How to cook "Potatoes with mushrooms and bacon"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel and wash the potatoes. Wash the mushrooms and pat dry with a paper towel. For cooking, choose a heavy-bottomed pan or cast iron. Cut the champignons into thin slices, fry in a pan in vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes until tender. Season with a little salt. Transfer the finished mushrooms to a plate. Put the lard cut into pieces in the same pan and fry until cracklings. Cut the potatoes into cubes and rinse with cold water to remove starch. Then wrap it in a cotton towel to remove excess moisture. Place prepared potatoes in a skillet. Fry the potatoes over high heat, stirring occasionally. When the potatoes are done, season with salt to taste. Add fried mushrooms and stir gently! You can serve it to the table!
