How to cook "Cherry Kurd"
Prepare your ingredients. Rinse the cherries well, remove the pits. Squeeze the lemon juice, add 2 tablespoons of juice to the cherry. Punch the cherries with an immersion blender, place them on the stove, bring to a boil, simmer for 1 minute. Put 2 egg yolks in a bowl for beating, add sugar and starch. Beat the egg mixture with a mixer.
