For the recipe, we use chilled fresh fillet, not frozen. Optionally, you can add some potatoes to the minced meat, but without additions it turns out very, very tasty! The cutlets are juicy and fragrant!

How to cook "Chicken cutlets with dill"
Prepare your ingredients. Rinse the chicken fillet, dry, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, rinse and chop randomly. Transfer the onion and chicken to the blender bowl, add the finely chopped dill, chop everything at high speeds. Transfer the prepared minced meat to a bowl, add salt, pepper, dry garlic. Beat the chicken egg into a bowl. Stir. Form cutlets from minced meat, roll in wheat flour.
