How to cook Pea Meatballs
Prepare your ingredients. Soak the peas overnight in clean water. Then boil the peas until tender - 50-60 minutes. Puree the finished peas with a blender or crush them with a fork. Add salt, pepper, spices and a chicken egg to the peas. Pour some flour into the peas. Stir the peas thoroughly and form into small balls, grind them with flour.
