- Potatoes - 6 Pieces
- Soy mince - 40 Grams
- Vegan Cheese - 50 Grams
- Soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp spoons
- Lean mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp the spoon
- Mushroom Seasoning - To taste
- Vegetable oil - To taste

How to make "Potato Skins"
Prepare all ingredients. Wash and dry the potatoes well. Grease the potatoes with vegetable oil and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees. Fry dry soy mince in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Add soy sauce, tomato paste, mushroom seasoning and stir well. Start gradually pouring in hot water and stirring the minced meat. There should be enough liquid to completely soften the soy granules, but not more. Fry the minced meat for another 3-4 minutes. When the potatoes are baked, cool them down a bit, then cut them in half. Use a spoon to remove the core. Grease the potato boats with oil and place back in the oven for 10 minutes. Combine the prepared soy mince with grated vegan cheese. For stickiness, you can add a spoonful of lean mayonnaise to the mixture.
