How to cook "Stuffed potatoes in a slow cooker"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel and wash the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and garlic, add to the minced meat. Stir and season with salt to taste. Trim the potatoes slightly on one edge to keep them stable. Make a hole for the mince with the back of a teaspoon or knife. Place the potatoes in the multicooker bowl. Salt a little. Fill the potatoes with minced meat. Fry grated carrots in a frying pan in vegetable oil, then add tomato sauce and chopped herbs, fry, stirring occasionally for 1 minute. Then pour in water, simmer for another 1-2 minutes and pour over the fried potatoes. Turn the multicooker to the "Soup" or "Baking" mode for 35-40 minutes.
