You can cook a fish dish that attracts with its appearance and aroma at home, if you have a freshly caught or purchased pike. The appetizer turns out to be perfectly juicy and velvety in taste - just under a glass of white or a glass of beer.

- Pike - 1 Kilogram
- Bay leaf - 8 pieces
- Allspice peas - 10 Pieces
- Black peppercorns - 10 Pieces
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 0.7 Liters
- Salt - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vinegar 9% - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
How to cook "Pickled pike"
Prepare the required ingredients. Clean the pike from the scales and entrails in advance, ripping the belly of the fish under the head. Rinse the carcass thoroughly inside and out, rinsing out the blood under the ridge. Boil water and pour all spices into a deep container. Add salt and bay leaves, stir gently and leave to cool for 30-40 minutes. After cooling, pour in the vinegar and vegetable oil. Cut the peeled and washed pike into portions and place in the prepared marinade. Optionally, you can cover the container with a plate or pour the contents of the container into a liter jar and close it with a nylon lid. Place everything in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. During this time, lightly shake the contents of the container for an even marinating. For serving, place the marinated pike on a platter without the marinade. Serve chilled.
