How to make "Raspberry Nectar"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. If you are preparing nectar for the whole family, but someone from your family is allergic to honey, then replace such a sweetener with sugar or stevia syrup. Rinse the raspberries thoroughly in water, pour into the bowl of a jug blender. If you have free time, fill the berries with slightly salted water and leave them there for 10-15 minutes to remove various animals, if any. Add sugar or flower honey to your taste, pour in lemon juice. The juice will emphasize the sweetness of the berries, give the drink an expressive sourness. Pour in mineral water without gas or filtered. Be sure to add water, as the berries do not emit a large amount of juice. Grind everything for 3-4 minutes using the pulsing technique. Then strain the resulting drink through a strainer, removing the cake. You can make aromatic tea from the cake if you pour boiling water over it. Pour the raspberry nectar into glasses or cups, garnish to taste and serve immediately after preparation, as long as the drink has maximum vitamin C.
