How to cook "Pavlova's Meringue"
Prepare the ingredients for making Pavlov's meringue. Place the egg whites in a mixer bowl. Beat egg whites with a mixer until soft peaks. Gradually adding sugar, beat the whites until thick, stable, slightly viscous consistency. Add lemon juice, vanilla sugar, and starch to the proteins. Stir gently with a spatula. Draw a 20-22 centimeter circle on the parchment. Using a cooking bag with an attachment, lay out the meringues, filling the circle completely.
