How to cook "Crumbled Potatoes with Mushrooms"
Prepare all ingredients. Rinse the potatoes well, dry and wrap in two layers of foil. Bake the potatoes for 1.5 hours in the oven at 200 degrees. Cut the mushrooms and onions into small cubes and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Add grated cheese, season with lean mayonnaise. Cut the potatoes in half directly in the foil. Mash the mashed potatoes with a fork.
