How to cook "Roll with cheese and ham"
Prepare all ingredients. Grate the chicken fillet with salt and spices, pour over with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Then fry on both sides in a skillet, covered with a lid over medium heat until tender, then cut into cubes. Chop the cabbage finely, add the carrots, salt and pepper, grated on a coarse grater, to taste. Stir and remember a little with your hands to soften the cabbage. Cut the ham and tomatoes into thin slices, then cut each circle into two more slices. If you have one large pita bread, cut it in two. I had two small-sized pita bread. Brush the pita bread with cream cheese and spread the lettuce on it. The salad must first be washed and dried.
