- Vinegar Essence 70% - 0.75 Teaspoons
- Black Pepper - 0.5 Teaspoons (or a mixture of peppers)
- Vegetable oil - 4-5 Art. spoons
How to cook "Charlotte salad for the winter"
Prepare the required ingredients. Pour oil into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat it. Cut the onion into feathers, add to the butter. Fry until light color over medium heat. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into strips. Add chopped vegetables, salt, sugar, black pepper to the fried onions. Place on a low-medium heat and cook for 25 minutes after boiling. Then add the vinegar essence, stir and boil for another 5 minutes. Remove the prepared salad from heat.
