A completely lazy version of this dish can be prepared from ready-made, frozen dumplings - your own or store ones. To do this, simply put the dumplings in a mold, without even defrosting. Then pour over the filling and bake in accordance with the recipe.

- Wheat flour - 2.5-3 glasses
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Milk - 100 Milliliters
- Water - 75 Milliliters
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon (in dough)
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Minced meat - 800 grams
- Onions - 1-2 Pieces
- Black pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
- Spice Mix - To taste (of your choice)
- Sour cream - 250 Grams

How to cook "Lazy dumplings in the oven"
Prepare your ingredients. Add finely chopped onion to the minced meat, salt and pepper, add paprika and your favorite spices. Mix the minced meat well and let stand in a cool place for 20-25 minutes. Sift flour, add salt, a mixture of water and milk, pour in butter and knead a firm dough. Let the dough sit under the napkin for 20-25 minutes. Divide the dough into 2-3 pieces and roll each into a thin layer. Spread the minced meat in an even layer. Roll tightly into a roll.
