We select spicy herbs for the marinade according to your taste. You can use an all-purpose fish herb mixture or prepare your own. Provencal or Mediterranean herbs work well. Optionally, sprinkle the cooked mackerel with lemon juice.

How to cook "Marinated mackerel in the oven"
Let's prepare the ingredients. For the marinade, combine sunflower oil, herbs, salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and mix. Gut the mackerel and rinse in cold water. On top of the fish we make shallow cuts and pour the marinade. The marinade should get inside the fish and fill the cuts. We leave for 30 minutes. Cut the onion and put it in the baking sleeve. Put the mackerel with marinade on the onion. Tie the edges of the sleeves. We bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
