How to cook "Tatar Sauce"
Prepare the food you need. You will also need a hand blender and a glass blender. Put onions, cucumbers and sugar in a glass blender. Pulse into small pieces. Add chopped dill and chop again. Mix separately mayonnaise, cucumber pickle, horseradish, freshly ground black pepper. Punch through the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth. Connect both parts. If necessary, add salt to taste. Pour the sauce into a clean container. Store in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
