- Flour - 1.5 Cups
- Sugar - 3/4 Cup
- Cocoa - 1/3 Cup
- Vegetable oil - 1/3 Cup
- Water - 1 Glass
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp the spoon
- Vanillin - 1 Pinch
How to make Lazy Cupcake
Prepare all ingredients. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients. Make a well in the flour, add the butter and stir. Pour water and vinegar on top. Stir the dough with a whisk until smooth. Pour the dough into the prepared mold, bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving, then it easily comes out of the mold. Lazy cupcake is ready, bon appetit!
