Main ingredient: Dough / Sponge dough

- Egg - 4 Pieces
- Sugar - 200 Grams
- Butter - 80 Grams
- Milk - 150 Grams
- Flour - 220 Grams
- Cocoa - 2 Art. spoons
- Soda - 1/3 Teaspoon
- Cream - 600 grams (from 33% fat, for cream)
- Powdered sugar - 5 Tbsp. spoons
- Prunes - 300 Grams
- Chocolate - 200 Grams
- Cream - 150 Grams (20% fat, for glaze)
How to cook "Aurora Cake"
Whisk eggs and sugar to make a biscuit. Sprinkle in flour and baking soda and stir in melted butter and milk. Pour half of the dough into a baking dish. Stir in cocoa into the second half and pour in the other half of the dough. Place both tins in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut both biscuits into 2 cakes. Saturate them with sugar syrup or water. Steam the prunes in boiling water. For the cream, whip the cream and icing sugar. Spread the cakes alternately with cream and lay out the prunes. Assemble the cake and let it set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
