- Onions - 1/2 Pieces (small)
- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves
- Dill - 1 Piece (umbrella)
- Currant leaf - 1-3 pieces
- Water - 800 Milliliters (calculation of the marinade for a 1.5 liter can)
- Salt - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sugar - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Vinegar Essence 70% - 0.75 Teaspoons
- Black pepper - To taste
- Bay leaf - 1 piece

How to cook "Chopped Tomatoes for the Winter"
Prepare the required ingredients. Wash the tomatoes and cut each into 4 pieces. Put in a sterilized jar: a dill umbrella, currant leaves, 3-4 onion rings, garlic, pepper and vinegar cut into slices. Place the tomato quarters tightly. Mix water with salt, sugar and pepper. Boil and refrigerate to 60 degrees. Heat a large pot of water in parallel and place a cloth on the bottom. Pour the cooled brine into a tank with tomatoes, cover with a clean lid and place in a saucepan with water, the temperature in which should be 60-80 degrees. Leave to sterilize for 10 minutes after boiling.
