Main ingredient: Mushrooms
- Russula mushrooms - 300 Grams
- Water - 2.5 Liters
- Potatoes - 2-3 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Butter - 1 tbsp. spoon (melted)
- Chicken thigh - 1 Piece
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Broth cube - 1 Piece
- Salt - 1 Pinch
How to make Russula Soup
Prepare your ingredients. Pour water into a saucepan, add chicken thigh, boil broth. While the broth is cooking, fry it. To do this, pour vegetable oil into the pan and add butter. Fry the onion until soft. Put russula cleaned of forest debris in a frying pan, which were previously soaked for 2-3 hours in cold water. Fry russula until tender.
