How to cook "Kish with cherries"
Prepare all ingredients. Place flour in a deep bowl, add diced butter, salt and 1 tbsp. Sahara. Rub everything quickly with your hands until crumbs. Add dry cottage cheese and one egg. Knead the dough, shape into a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse the cherries well and remove the pits. If the cherries are frozen, then defrost them first and drain the juice that has separated.
