How to cook "Kuban-style pepper for the winter"
Prepare all ingredients. Cut the tomatoes crosswise, pour boiling water over and leave for 5 minutes. Then peel and mash in a blender. Cut the peppers into large slices. Pour the tomato puree into a saucepan, add chopped garlic and hot peppers. Pour in vinegar, vegetable oil, add sugar and salt, as well as all the spices. Bring the mixture to a boil.
