For all lovers of spirits of my own production, I want to offer a very simple idea. I will show you how to make a mint tincture with moonshine. Fragrant and moderately soft. Be sure to try!
In order for the tincture to gain the desired color, aroma and taste, it must be kept for at least 3 weeks. It is best to store it in a dark place and shake it every two days.
Purpose: At the festive table / Inexpensive
Main ingredient: Mint / Greens
Dish: Drinks / Alcoholic / Liqueurs
- Moonshine - 0.5 Liter
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons (no slide)
- Mint - 1 Bunch
How to cook "Mint tincture on moonshine"
Prepare moonshine, sugar, and mint. First, wash the mint and pat it dry. Remove the twigs, we only need the leaves. Place in a jar or other convenient container. Add sugar and rub for a couple of minutes so that the mint releases some juice. Fill with moonshine (you can also use vodka), cover and put in a dark place. This is the color the tincture acquired. Strain, refrigerate if necessary and can be served.
