- Butter - 70 grams (dough)

How to make Pear Meringue Pie
Prepare all ingredients. In a deep bowl, combine soft butter, sugar and two yolks (put the whites in the refrigerator for now, you will need them a little later). Grind everything with a fork until smooth or beat with a mixer. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Knead a soft dough. Collect it in a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. Wash the pears, core and cut into wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice to keep the pears from browning.
