For example, I really like a large amount of cabbage, cucumbers and bell peppers in this salad, I add all other vegetables in smaller quantities. It turns out very tasty! And this salad is just fine. - Cabbage - 350 Grams
- Carrots - 2 Pieces
- Onions - 2 Pieces
- Cucumbers - 300 Grams
- Sweet pepper - 300 grams
- Tomatoes - 300 Grams

- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons (with a slide)
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Vinegar 9% - 3 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Salad" Ingenious "for the winter"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel carrots, onions, peppers, rinse all other vegetables. Chop the cabbage thinly with a knife or use a shredder grater. Transfer the cabbage to a large saucepan, add salt, sugar, oil and vinegar. Stir and remember well with your hands. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add all this to the cabbage, mix. Finely chop the peeled pepper. Cut the cucumbers into slices and add to the rest of the vegetables.
