- Potatoes - 3-4 Pieces
- Cheesecakes - 500 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Sour cream - 2 Art. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
- Butter - 2 tbsp. spoons (ghee)
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
How to cook "Fried russula with potatoes"
Prepare your ingredients. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add one tablespoon of melted butter. Cut half the onion and fry until half cooked. Add russula cleared of forest debris and washed russula to the onion, fry until almost cooked. Peel and cut the potatoes in any way you like, cut the other half of the onion into cubes. Add vegetable oil and one tablespoon of ghee to the second pan, heat well.
