I prefer to cook compote with the addition of apples, because blueberries do not have a distinct taste of their own. - Apples - 300 Grams
- Sugar - 250 grams (or to taste)

How to make "Blueberry Compote for the Winter"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. From the specified amount of ingredients, one two-liter can of compote or two liter ones is obtained, with a small residue. Boil the filtered water and add sugar. Boil the syrup for 3-4 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cut clean apples into slices, peeling from the core and twigs. Add to syrup and cook for 3 minutes after boiling. Then add clean blueberries, bring to a boil and turn off. Let the compote steep for 10-15 minutes.
