Fried mushrooms combined with chicken, eggs and cheese are a classic, thanks to which the salad is always tasty and satisfying. It will take very little time to prepare the salad, even though you need to bake the chicken leg and fry the mushrooms. There is nothing superfluous in this salad, and you can supplement it, except perhaps by decorating with vegetables that you can eat.

- Hard cheese - 80 Grams
- Eggs - 3 Pieces
- Champignons - 300 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece

How to cook "Miracle Salad"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. First of all, send a chicken leg to bake. Rub it with salt and chicken spices, put it in a baking dish and put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake until cooked through. For salad, you can also use ready-made smoked chicken leg, but with baked chicken it tastes better for me. Peel the champignons and cut into small pieces. Fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions until soft. Don't forget to salt to taste. We begin to collect the salad. Remove the chicken from the oven, cool, separate the meat from the bone, remove the skin. Cut the meat into small pieces and place on a large flat plate. Put the hard cheese grated on a fine grater in the next layer. Brush with a little mayonnaise. Grate eggs on a fine grater and put half of the resulting mass in the next layer.
