- Chickpea flour - 100 grams
- Rice flour - 130 grams
- Water - 100 Milliliters
- Vegetable oil - 30 Milliliters
- Salt - 2-3 pinches
- Sesame - To taste

How to Make Gluten Free Crackers
Prepare all ingredients. Combine both flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add vegetable oil, stir again. Pour water into a bowl, knead to a homogeneous dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out the dough half a centimeter thick. Cut it into rectangles. Top the crackers with a fork. Brush with oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the crackers for 10-15 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
