How to cook "Zucchini in the oven without oil"
Prepare all ingredients. Cut the zucchini into cubes. Season with salt and mix well. Mix the peanut butter, water, salt, black pepper, and dry garlic together. In terms of consistency, the sauce should turn out like thick sour cream. Add it to the zucchini. Stir well so that each stick is covered with sauce. Dip each zucchini bite in breadcrumbs. Place the zucchini on baking paper. Put them in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Zucchini ready without oil, bon appetit!
