- Sweet pepper - 1 Piece
- Tomatoes - 1.5 Kilograms

How to cook "Tomatoes for the winter in 3-liter jars"
Wash vegetables and herbs. Put horseradish leaves and dill on the bottom of a previously sterilized jar, add garlic chopped into 3-4 parts. Fill the jar with tomatoes. Place slices of chopped onion and pepper in the resulting voids. Pour boiling water over, cover and leave for 7-10 minutes. Then carefully drain the water. Pour salt into the jar.
