- Gooseberry - 300 Grams
- Water - 1 Liter (drinking, cold)
- Melissa - 8-10 Pieces (leaves)
- Honey - 3 Art. spoons (or sugar)
- Lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp. spoons (or to taste)
How to cook "Gooseberry Morse"
Prepare all ingredients. Rinse the gooseberries, transfer to a deep bowl and add lemon balm leaves. Pour in 500 ml. water and thoroughly punch everything with a submersible blender. Strain the mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth. Pour the remaining cake with another 500 ml. water and punch with a blender again, then strain again. Add honey and lemon juice to the finished fruit drink to taste. Stir.
