- Sugar - 2.5 Art. spoons
- Allspice - 6-8 Pieces
- Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 6 Art. spoons
- Garlic - 2-4 Cloves
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Parsley - 1-2 Pieces (twigs)
- Tomatoes - 1.5 Kilograms (approximately)
- Vinegar - 50 Milliliters

How to cook "Tomatoes in vegetable oil for the winter"
Wash the tomatoes, dry a little and cut into 3-4 pieces. Prepare the rest of the ingredients. Put chopped garlic cloves on the bottom of a washed and pre-sterilized jar and add oil. Fill the jars with tomato slices. Add slices of chopped onion. You can put several sprigs of parsley in the gaps. To make the marinade, bring water to a boil with salt, sugar, pepper and bay leaf. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Then pour in the vinegar. Pour hot marinade into jars, cover with lids.
