Prepare all the ingredients you need. Choose a young zucchini. Peel the zucchini and grate on a coarse grater. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add to the zucchini, send finely chopped onion and garlic squeezed through a press there. Then break the eggs, salt. Stir the mixture well. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. For reliability, I covered the form with foil, so that later it would be easier to remove the casserole from the form. Pour the zucchini mass into a mold and send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Check the baking time in your oven. A dense crust should form on top, the trail should be golden, and inside the casserole should remain juicy and tender.
