- Carrots - 4 Pieces
- Puff pastry - 250 grams (yeast-free)
- Soy sauce - 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic Powder - To taste
- Onion Powder - To taste
- Liquid Smoke - To taste

How to cook "Carrots in dough"
Prepare all ingredients. Peel the carrots, then trim all carrots to the same size. Boil the carrots in boiling salted water until half cooked. The carrots should soften, but hold their shape well. In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, vegetable oil, vinegar, runny smoke, onion, and garlic. Marinate the carrots in this sauce for at least 3 hours, or better for the whole night. Roll out the dough half a centimeter thick, then cut it into strips 3-4 cm wide. Wrap the carrots in the dough. Brush the dough with the sauce that marinated the carrots. Bake the carrots in the dough for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees.
