Let's prepare the ingredients. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat. Add corn grits to milk. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. The porridge gradually becomes thicker. Cooking for 20-40 minutes. Finely ground groats are ready in 20 minutes, the coarser the grinding, the longer it takes to cook. Put hot Balmush in portioned plates. Sprinkle with grated feta cheese.
