How to cook "Grilled Chicken Breast"
Prepare your ingredients. Wash the fillet, dry and cut into layers. No need to beat back. Salt the meat to taste, add any spices, for me it's dried basil. Pour in soy sauce. Let the marinated chicken breast sit for at least an hour. Grease a frying pan with sunflower oil and heat well over high heat. After the heat, reduce to medium and lay out the layers of chicken breast. Fry the breast on one side for five minutes. Then turn over to the other side and fry for 3-4 minutes. The grilled chicken breast is ready. Serve with fresh vegetables and salads. Enjoy your meal!
