Who doesn't like dumplings, and especially if they are dumplings with cottage cheese? I am sure that there are none, so I offer my own recipe for delicious Ukrainian dumplings with cottage cheese on choux pastry.
Cooking dumplings begins with making dough, it can be ordinary from water, flour and eggs, or it can be custard, from the same products as in this recipe. Then prepare the filling, season the cottage cheese with sugar to your liking, you can add raisins and cherries to the cottage cheese.

- Granulated sugar - 1-2 Art. spoons
- Curd - 300 Grams
How to cook "Ukrainian dumplings with cottage cheese"
Prepare your ingredients. Sift flour, make a depression in it. Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt to the flour. In 100 ml. pour in boiling water 25 ml. vegetable oil. Shake one egg. Pour boiling water and butter into the well in the flour.
