How to cook "Mushroom rolls"
Prepare your ingredients. Peel and chop the onion. Rinse the mushrooms, dry and cut into cubes. In a frying pan with heated oil, fry the onion until transparent and add the mushrooms. In the meantime, you can start preparing the buns. Use a sharp knife to cut off the "lid" and carefully remove the pulp. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to the fried mushrooms. Stir and remove from heat after a couple of minutes. The filling is ready.
