Ingredients:
- Lentils - 3/4 Cup (boiled or canned)
- Dry Gluten Free - 3/4 Cup
- Almonds - 1/2 Cup
- Nutritional yeast - 1-2 tbsp spoons
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Onions - 1/2 Pieces
- Water - 1/2 Glass
- Broth cube - 1 Piece (vegetable or mushroom)
- Italian Herbs - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 1/2 Tins (for pasta)

How to cook "Lean meatballs"
Prepare all ingredients. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a skillet, sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil for a few minutes, until the onions are translucent. Grind the almonds into flour in a coffee grinder. In a blender, grind cooked onions, garlic, almond flour, and lentils until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add gluten, Italian herbs, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. Mix with a spoon or hands until smooth. Dissolve the bouillon cube in water, add to a bowl and stir until smooth.
