- Dates - 3-4 Pieces

- Water - 30 Milliliters (warm)

How to make "Cherry smoothie"
Prepare all ingredients. Grind the flaxseeds in a coffee grinder. Cover them with warm water and leave for a couple of minutes. Remove seeds from dates. Grind all ingredients in a blender. The cherry smoothie is ready, bon appetit!
