How to make "Flounder Soup"
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the flounder soup. Gut the flounder, remove the fins, peel and wash. You can remove the skin. Place the flounder in a saucepan. Add onions and carrots. Fill with fresh water and place on the stove. Bring the flounder with water to a boil, remove the foam and cook the fish on the lowest heat for 25-30 minutes. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Place in a saucepan. Put the boiled flounder on a plate and strain the broth.
