How to make Spinach Bread
Prepare the required ingredients. Rinse the spinach under running water, remove the tough stems. We only need leaflets. Put prepared spinach leaves in a blender, add warm water. Punch the greens in a pulse mode until smooth. Choose a method of kneading bread, in my case, in a bread maker. At the bottom of the bucket, pour the liquid portion with spinach, add sugar, salt, pressed yeast, flour, sesame seeds and vegetable oil. Set aside a tablespoon of oil. Turn on the "Dough" mode for 1 hour 04 minutes. If you knead with your hands, then proceed according to the principle of an ordinary yeast dough: dissolve salt, sugar, yeast in a warm liquid (with spinach). Add flour, sesame seeds and knead the dough. Add oil while kneading. Then leave the dough for 1 hour in a warm place. After the fermentation time has elapsed, remove the dough. Place it on your work surface. Shape the bread, roll out the layer and roll into a roll.
